If a person is not capable of making their own decision to call, please don’t.

If you are a minor, you cannot call without your parent’s permission, and even then I have to speak to the parent.

You cannot call if others are involved in your decision to call me. If you want my help, you must be the one who is capable of making the decision, without anyone else’s input. If you are not capable of making your own decision to call, please don’t.
